Retrospective

Inspired by the countless TV review shows leading up to the new year I have spent a while looking back on 2010.
Trying to figure out what I was taking about in written notes made in airports, railway queues, dockside and anywhere else is useful experience as illuminating about what I have learned as what I should write about after the event. 2010 was a busy year for me and I think the best way to capture what I got up to is in a list.

  1. “First 34.7”
Is that all we are to you?
    After all the hard yards,
    All the emotion,
    All the tears,
    All the beers,
    All the highs and lows,
    All the pork pies,
    All the team beats,
    All the man groping,
…all we are to you is a number
