Today is a bit of a preparation day for the last long selection race tomorrow so I took advantage of the good weather to go up my rig and give it a good check over. This is important to do from time to time to make sure it doesn’t fall down unexpectedly! Here is a video I took on the way down.
The rest of today has been spent looking at the navigation and weather for the race down to Spain and back tomorrow and then being analysed by psychologist Alex Pregizer. Apparently this involves wearing a massive helmet and getting our brain waves scanned as well as some sort of measurement of our internal mineral balance. I’m sure all this will be explained in good time!
